We are Rotary E-Club of Uganda Global!
The Rotary E-Club of Uganda Global is the first fully-fledged Rotary E-Club in Uganda, established under District 9211. Chartered on 8 December 2019 under the leadership of our Charter President, Rtn. Lillian Byakutagga, the club brings together a vibrant and diverse membership of Rotarians from across the world.
Though we live in different countries and time zones, we are united by a shared commitment to Rotary’s enduring principle of Service Above Self.

President’s Welcome Message
Welcome to the Rotary E-Club of Uganda Global.
As we journey into the 2025/2026 Rotary year, my leadership focus is clear: to be intentional in our service, deliberate in our choices, and disciplined in execution. Every project we undertake must answer three critical questions what is its impact, who does it transform, and how sustainable is it beyond our direct involvement.
Building on the strong foundation laid by previous leaders, we shall consolidate our achievements while scaling projects that deliver measurable and lasting change. Particular emphasis will be placed on completing the Butiiti Phase I Project and launching Phase II, strengthening partnerships, enhancing visibility, and deepening community ownership through the Adopt-a-Community model.
Through teamwork, strong governance, and active member engagement, we will continue to build a vibrant, accountable, and forward-looking club that not only serves communities but inspires confidence in Rotary’s promise of Service Above Self.
